Professor Volpin is a supporter of Esharelife Foundation, by making donations and dedicating his time and energy to take part in a number of Esharelife events, including the EshareLife Annual Christmas Galas.
Professor Volpin claims that the commitment of CASS Business School to support charitable initiatives is part of the School social purpose: “ we do of course train people to be expert in the profession, in either management or finance or any other areas, but at the same time, we teach them that there is a social purpose of everything we do, and so we need to get back to society as much as possible. Our alumni are very good, there are 40.000 of them around the world, and they all share this ethos of giving back to society, and I think Maurizio’s Esharelife is a great example of that, but he’s not the only one, there are many of our alumni who set up their own charity or are very engaged with charity events.”
For the paramount role that professor Volpin played for the Esharelife, the Foundation lists him among its testimonials.
